Natasha Dongell is the founder and CEO of the Follow Network. As an ordained pastor, she serves alongside her husband, Rev. Dr. Brent Dongell, at Westminster Wesleyan Church in South Carolina. Together, they are raising three daughters — Roya, Alea, and Olivia — and Natasha speaks to audiences navigating questions of faith, growth, and what it means to truly change. She is the author of When Lynn Died and a people-first leader who loves sitting with someone long enough to truly hear their story — preferably with a good cup of tea in hand.

Merritt Clark is from St. Petersburg, Florida. She graduated from Southern Wesleyan University in May 2026 with degrees in Religion and Human Services, and shortly after married her sweet Grady, whom she met running cross-country and track at SWU. She's honored to serve as Director of Justice & Outreach for Follow, because the Lord has given her a passion for being His hands and feet to all people — especially the least of these. James 1:27 reminds us to "look after orphans and widows in their distress," and Merritt counts it a joy to help others learn to abide in Jesus and follow Him faithfully.

Beth Kraft, Director of Community and Large Gatherings, has a heart for all people and a gift for drawing others into warmth, acceptance, and belonging. A Southern Wesleyan University grad who's served in Thailand and Zambia, she's a culture-setter who thrives on real conversation — coffee or hike, bright orange Nalgene always in hand.
